Key Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Research Professional to join our organization. As a crucial member of the leadership team, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize industry expertise and tracking skills to source high-level candidates with relevant work experience, job profiles, functional knowledge, and organizational structures.
  2. Candidate Interaction: Engage with potential candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths, and limitations before shortlisting and representing them.
  3. Target List Development: Create a list of companies and executives that match the specifications for each assignment, conducting research throughout the search process.
  4. Information Gathering: Assist the leadership team in assembling relevant information to support the search process.
  5. Industry Analysis: Conduct research to understand industry trends, identify key players, and map out potential talent pools within specific sectors.
  6. Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings (phone interviews), and assess candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements.
  7. Database Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and market information within our database.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
  • 6-10 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
