Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with suppliers, hotels, and transportation providers to resolve urgent issues
  • Provide immediate assistance for any itinerary changes or disruptions
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with customers to ensure seamless travel experiences
  • Document all inquiries and resolutions for continuous service improvement
  • Work closely with the day shift team to ensure smooth handovers

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, travel operations, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Familiarity with travel bookings, reservations, and emergency handling
  • Ability to work independently and make quick judgments
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service
