Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Architect with 0-2+ years of project management experience to lead and manage architectural projects from conceptualization through construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects within budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Design Development: Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop innovative and functional design solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Construction Administration: Oversee construction activities, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural project management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
