Architectural Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Project Lead to oversee the development of comprehensive architectural drawings and details for high-rise building projects, from concept through to construction administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed drawing sets using AutoCAD, ensuring all standards and protocols are adhered to.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and meet all project requirements and building codes.
  • Produce precise and detailed architectural drawings while mentoring junior drafting staff to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Assist in the preparation of project specifications, reports, and other technical documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Draftsperson, with a strong focus on high-rise architectural projects.
  • Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, along with the ability to create detailed architectural drawings.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials relevant to high-rise construction.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
