Lead Architect Role

Our team seeks a seasoned professional to lead the planning and execution of commercial, residential, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project designs with detailed drawings and bill of quantities (BOQs).
  • Present the company's design ideas with confidence in speech and technical expertise to clients.
  • Oversee and manage projects from conceptualization to final handover.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including building service engineers, construction managers, and architectural technologists.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture (Diploma/Bachelors/Masters) is essential.
  • A minimum of 10-13 years of experience in managing large-scale projects is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial, Residential, & Institutional Architectural Projects planning & execution is crucial.
  • Expertise in drafting technical drawings with knowledge of material products and its applications is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Foreign education or work experience can be an asset.
  • Western Lines background due to travel issues in Mumbai may be beneficial.
