About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Backend Developer to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a revolutionary relationship intelligence platform, moving beyond traditional CRMs with an AI-native approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable GraphQL APIs using NestJS for our product's backend systems.
  • Develop secure and performant backend services handling large-scale data.
  • Integrate key technologies: Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and DynamoDB.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and Data Teams to deliver full-stack features.
  • Write modular, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Build and manage microservices and background workers.
  • Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for development, testing, and deployment.
  • Implement unit and integration testing (Jest, SuperTest, etc.) for high code quality.
  • Design, build, and maintain backend services with AWS.
  • Develop efficient queries and data models in Postgres and DynamoDB.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency with AWS services.
  • Strong knowledge of Postgres and DynamoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently remotely.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
