Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced system builder to design, develop, and scale high-performance backend systems for multi-agent workflows.

This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable backend architectures using FastAPI and Python.
  • Develop workflow orchestration pipelines with Temporal or similar tools to plan multi-step actions and handle fallbacks.
  • Implement memory and context systems for knowledge retrieval and adaptive workflows.
  • Manage authentication, user integrations, and secure credential handling.
  • Own deployment, monitoring, and scaling of backend infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in backend development with Python and FastAPI.
  • Proven ability to design and implement workflow orchestration systems.
  • Experience with context management, prompt engineering, and AI-engineering (1-2 years).
  • Familiarity with Postgres and vector databases.
