About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineering Specialist to design, develop, and optimize AI prompts and workflows for our FinTech tools and models.

This role involves creating prompt templates, integrating large language model (LLM) capabilities, testing model outputs, and developing AI-driven features for financial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prompt Optimization: Design and optimize prompts for LLMs to support FinTech applications.
  • Prompt Template Development: Develop and maintain prompt templates and workflows for financial data analysis, risk assessment, and customer support.
  • Prompt Library Management: Create and manage prompt libraries for various AI-powered features across our platforms.
  • LLM Integration: Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into existing web applications and tools.
  • Prompt Performance Evaluation: Test, evaluate, and iterate on prompt performance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • API Integration: Work with APIs from AI service providers.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams to implement AI features in frontend and backend systems.
  • Conversational Interface Development: Develop conversational AI interfaces for customer interactions and financial advisory services.
  • Documentation and Best Practices: Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering workflows.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on different prompt variations to optimize performance.
  • Research and Development: Research and implement emerging prompt engineering techniques and methodologies.
