Technical Leadership Role

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of an AI-powered solution. This includes owning the architecture, technical roadmap, and production reliability of the solution, as well as guiding a cross-functional team to develop and deploy the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an AI-powered solution using natural language processing, anomaly detection, Generative AI/Rapid Application Generation, and rule engines on a Cloud platform.
  • Owning the solution's architecture, technical roadmap, and production reliability.
  • Leading a cross-functional team to develop and deploy the solution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years leading AI/Machine Learning projects.
  • Experience with supervised/unsupervised modeling, anomaly detection, natural language processing, LangChain/LangGraph, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
  • Knowledge of MLflow, model registry, online/offline evaluations, data/version management, and CI/CD for models.
  • Familiarity with Delta Lake/Lakehouse, Azure Data Lake Gen2, Databricks/Azure Data Factory, schema/versioning, Great Expectations/Deequ, and Python (FastAPI).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in AI/ML disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience with explainable AI and AI governance.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards for financial data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related science field or equivalent.
