We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to bridge the gap between process automation, prompt engineering, and applied AI.

The ideal candidate will design, test, and optimize high-quality prompts to drive accuracy and reliability of AI models within various business use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize high-quality prompts for AI models.
  • Collaborate with automation teams to integrate RPA bots with AI-driven agents.
  • Build and deploy AI agents capable of reasoning and executing tasks autonomously.
  • Partner with data scientists and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Develop reusable prompt templates and best practices for large language models.
  • Integrate APIs and 3rd-party systems into AI agents and RPA workflows.
  • Monitor agent performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct research on state-of-the-art AI agent frameworks and generative AI trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong experience with prompt engineering techniques for large language models.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere (bot development, control room, IQ Bot).
  • Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents or autonomous AI workflows.
  • Proficiency with programming/scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of APIs and system integrations across enterprise environments.
