The Mission

As our first AI hire and a core member of the company, you will craft the master blueprint for our interconnected AI systems and build the core intelligence powering our competitive advantage - the Data Flywheel.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be the chief architect of the brain behind our entire platform, designing production-grade machine learning systems from scratch.
  • With expertise in modern AI stacks, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases, you will lead the development of sophisticated AI engines.
  • As a hands-on architect, you will write code in Python and its ML ecosystem (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) to bring your architectural vision to life on cloud platforms (AWS).
  • At the strategic and systems-level, you will zoom out to see the big picture and then zoom in to solve complex technical challenges, thinking in terms of scalable, resilient, and elegant systems.
  • With full ownership in a startup environment, you will thrive on seeing your architectural decisions translate directly into tangible business success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, and deploying complex machine learning systems.
  • Deep expertise with modern AI stacks, including LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
  • Proficiency in Python and its ML ecosystem, with the ability to write code for production-grade systems.
  • Strong strategic and systems-level thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
  • A passion for working in a startup environment with full ownership and a focus on tangible business success.
