AI Systems Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Systems Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) agents and multi-modal AI applications that tackle real-world business challenges.

This key role involves conceptualizing, designing, and implementing LLM-powered agents and NLP solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring interactivity, latency optimization, failover, and usability. Additionally, the ideal candidate will write, test, and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient Python code for LLMs and AI agents, focusing on fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt engineering with an emphasis on cost, latency, and accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Model & Agent Design: Develop innovative LLM-powered agents and NLP solutions that meet business requirements, leveraging strong expertise in GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Hands-on Coding & Development: Write high-quality Python code for LLMs and AI agents, utilizing expertise in debugging and system design to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  • Performance & Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimize LLM agents for latency, scalability, robustness, and explainability, implementing effective observability and guardrails strategies for enterprise-safe AI deployments.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–9 years total experience, with 4+ years in NLP, CV, and LLMs.
  • Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and system design skills.
  • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain Agents, AutoGen, CrewAI, Temporal, DSPy).
  • Proven track record of production-grade AI deployments.
  • Cloud experience: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of AI orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, and observability tools.
