Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop and optimize agentic AI systems that can automate business processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies and the ability to create effective AI solutions that can perform tasks with minimal human intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop large-scale pre-trained models using techniques like Transfer Learning and adapt them for specific applications and domains.
  • Create effective prompts with techniques like Chain of Thought and Few Shot to enhance model responses.
  • Develop and deploy agentic AI workflows that can autonomously perform tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI engineering.
  • Proven track record in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Llama and models like GPT, BERT, T5, or similar.
  • Expertise in designing, fine-tuning, and deploying generative AI models and building agentic workflows.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
  • Familiarity with NLP tasks, such as text classification, text generation, summarization, and question answering.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or other autonomous decision-making frameworks.
