AI Engineer Wanted

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled AI engineer to lead our team in the development of innovative machine learning models and intelligent agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, extensive experience with AI/ML development, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions without relying on third-party libraries or platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement complex AI agents and machine learning models using Python, leveraging domain-specific knowledge and expertise to drive business value.
  • Build custom algorithms and pipelines for data processing, decision-making, and interaction logic, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and APIs.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI and ML model development, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop, train, and evaluate models for NLP, decision trees, reinforcement learning, or agent-based systems, utilizing numerical and scientific computing tools like NumPy and Pandas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components with existing systems, optimize models and systems for performance, reliability, and scalability, and conduct experiments to analyze results and iterate on design and functionality.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python, with a strong focus on innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.
  • Expert-level understanding of machine learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning principles, including algorithm development, statistical modeling, and model evaluation.
  • Proven experience building scalable and reliable AI systems or agents without relying on third-party orchestration libraries, demonstrating expertise in software design patterns, OOP, and data structures.
  • Exceptional coding skills in Python, including advanced concepts like decorators, generators, and asynchronous programming.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud-based services and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, with a solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
