Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our team, playing a pivotal role in driving innovation and process improvements across the finance functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple innovation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and contributing to improvements in key finance processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and orchestrate multiple innovation projects across Finance functions.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and contribute to improvements in key finance processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Finance teams, IT, and other stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, status reports, and executive summaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years in a transformation environment.
