About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and the ability to drive technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of complex software solutions, driving creative approaches to problem-solving and innovation.
  • Develop and implement secure production code, with a focus on quality and reliability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational stability and efficiency through automation and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes-oriented evaluation sessions and technical probing.
  • Promote awareness and adoption of new technologies across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering concepts and applied practice.
  • Strong expertise in database systems, including SQL and NoSQL, and programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Experience with data architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes.
  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle, including agile methodologies like CI/CD and Security.
  • Practical cloud-native experience and knowledge of software applications and technical processes.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry and their IT systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Java and data programming experience is a plus.
