We are seeking a seasoned Test Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test scripts using Selenium and other cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Automated Test Scripts: Utilize your expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP to create and maintain automated test scripts that ensure seamless functionality across various applications.
  • Hands-on Functional Testing Experience: Leverage your experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and Financials to conduct thorough functional testing.
  • Analyze and Improve Test Automation Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing test automation strategies and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Drive Automation Adoption and Productivity Improvement: Develop and implement automation adoption plans to enhance productivity and efficiency within the QA team.
  • Collaborate with Development and QA Teams: Work closely with development and QA teams to define efficient methods for creating high-quality software products.
  • E nsure Continuous Integration and Deployment Pipelines Include Automated Testing. Ensure that CI/CD pipelines include comprehensive automated testing to guarantee software quality.
  • Empower and Enhance Delivery from Offshore: Foster close coordination between offshore teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead Initiatives to Drive Reusability and Consistency with Industry Standard Best Practices
  • Mentor and Train Team Members on Best Practices in Test Automation
  • Create Detailed Documentation for Testing Strategies and Processes
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, with 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead driving improvements.
  • Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, Mobile, and APIs.
  • Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium.
  • Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scripless automation tools including but not limited to Tosca, Test Complete, Robot Framework.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
