Technical Product Owner - II

A visionary leader is sought after to spearhead a critical team within our engineering organization. This key role entails overseeing the planning, prioritization, and execution of projects and operational tasks within the DevOps function.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infra-as-code, Kubernetes, Helm, monitoring systems (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana), and logging infrastructure. They should also have experience driving platform/tooling decisions and leading cross-functional prioritization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the consolidation and standardization of our observability, logging, monitoring, and release infrastructure.
  • Establishing clear operational boundaries and runbooks between DevOps and other engineering teams.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to drive cost governance, forecasting, and proactive optimization initiatives.
  • Improving the team's execution health through regular grooming, sprint rituals, and retrospective learnings.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving long-term investments in automation, self-service, and reliability to ensure that issues are prevented rather than just solved.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical ownership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infra-as-code, Kubernetes, Helm, monitoring systems (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana), and logging infrastructure.
  • Proven experience driving platform/tooling decisions and leading cross-functional prioritization.
  • Deep appreciation for clean separation of responsibilities, scalable ops, and enabling developers through great tooling.
