Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior software engineer to take on a leadership role in developing scalable web applications using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SASS. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development, and testing of scalable web applications
  • Own full SDLC and architectural decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, DevOps)
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
  • Drive best practices across development, CI/CD, and performance

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 7+ years of experience with React.js and Redux
  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • 2+ years of experience in team leadership
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting with enterprise clients
