We are seeking a skilled Façade Access Consultant/Engineer to join our team of dedicated specialists.

As a Façade Access Engineer, you will play a vital role in the integration of façade access systems into projects and lead the design to achieve optimal cost, aesthetic impact, and functionality while adhering to best health and safety practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with the wider design team to advise on façade access system integration
  • Designing façade access strategies for single or multi-disciplinary projects
  • Developing Employer's Requirements Documentation and System Specifications for façade access systems
  • Inspecting site throughout the construction process to ensure compliance
  • Managing multiple façade access consulting projects simultaneously

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with façade access systems, either within a consultancy or from a contractor's role
  • Demonstrable knowledge of façade access systems, their performance, and operation, as well as current engineering standards, practices, regulations, and legislation
  • Excellent AutoCAD and/or Revit skills, and proficiency in 3D design software

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a relevant academic background. You will also have the ability to work directly with clients and manage multiple projects concurrently.
