Estimation Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our estimation process. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the façade industry and have a proven track record of delivering accurate estimates.

The Estimation Lead will be responsible for managing the cost estimation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications. This role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Lead and manage the estimation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of project bids.
  • Review and finalize cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate data and pricing.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in estimation, preferably in the façade industry.
  • Proven expertise in large-scale projects and proficiency in estimation software.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
