Senior Financial Analyst

The role of a Senior Financial Analyst is pivotal in ensuring robust credit underwriting practices are upheld, and market intelligence is enhanced. This position involves meticulous analysis of financial data, conducting regular client visits, and monitoring transaction risks to ensure compliance with risk management policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and disburse loans while strictly adhering to established risk management protocols
  • Analyze complex financial risks and prepare detailed financial reports
  • Conduct frequent interactions with collections and sales teams to track delinquencies and identify areas for improvement

  • Update financial models and credit notes according to business requirements
  • Prepare and submit accurate financial reports with relevant information gathered from various sources
  • Engage with sales and collections teams to monitor delinquencies and derive insights
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/CA or Equivalent
  • Minimum Years/type of experience: 5-9 years in Banks/FIs
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
