Regional Credit Manager

Job Description:

  • To manage all activities pertaining to the sanction life cycle of borrower accounts in retail loan business for short and medium term products.
  • This includes owning the entire credit underwriting process, consistent application of credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, early warning and delinquency management, and assessment of creditworthiness of potential customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
  • Familiarity with external environment, organization needs, and regulatory framework.
  • Ability to assess customers based on documents, reports, and personal discussions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

  • Provide inputs to analytics team to build portfolio analytics and scoring model.
  • Ensure quality of credit and maintain a healthy portfolio.

  • Efficient handling of team, motivation, and quick decision-making.
