Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage daily operations at our Laboratory.
  • As the Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate analysis at all times and addressing technical issues that arise from routine analysis.
  • You will also oversee laboratory assignments, receive and compile data resulting from lab testing, and maintain accurate records.
  • A key aspect of this role is analyzing quality control sample results to ensure accuracy and operating efficiency of process and/or testing equipment.
  • Additional responsibilities include training laboratory analysts, controlling lab equipment and supply inventory, performing instrument calibrations, and maintaining verifications as per schedule.
  • This role requires strong second line support to the Laboratory Manager and involves following up on NCRs, implementing corrective actions, and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology
  • 5-7 years of experience in service industry
