We are seeking a highly skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to users and create documentation for our software system.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing support articles on software features for clients
  • Creating instruction manuals for internal use
  • Designing system guides and assisting with product development details
  • Liaising with teams to ensure seamless product development and project execution
  • Handling ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business Administration
  • 1 year of experience in software/product-related roles (preferred)
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, responsible, and diligent work ethic
