Job Title: Relationship Executive
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with doctors to promote the concept of cord blood banking and stem cell application, requesting their assistance in facilitating interactions with expectant parents.
  • Promote diagnostics and various services introduced by the company on a timely basis, generating prescriptions as necessary.
  • Visit hospitals, nursing homes, and other relevant centers for lead generation and diagnostic business, meeting with officials to establish tie-ups.
  • Meet with front office personnel of hospitals, nursing homes, and attendants of doctors to build good relations, facilitating interactions with expectant mothers and selling other products and services.
  • Place drop boxes and flier stands at strategic locations inside doctor's chambers and hospitals.
  • Refill drop boxes and flier stands with fliers.
  • Counsel patients at doctor's chambers and hospitals to generate leads.
  • Report daily activities and lead generations through CRM on a daily basis.
  • Make calls for counseling and referrals to generate client presentations.
  • Meet prospective clients at their desired location and provide free presentations on stem cell banking and other services.
  • Enroll expected clients, complete documentation, collect payments from clients, and update CRM portal immediately.
  • Notify logistic support upon receiving a phone call from a client regarding delivery details.
  • Provide information on competition and other relevant data as requested.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the company on a timely basis.
