Job Description:

We are building a global product that aims to solve one of humanity's most pressing challenges, born from lived experience and a deep desire to make a meaningful impact.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Founding AI Engineer to join our team and thrive at the intersection of deep tech and social responsibility.

The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven systems (LLMs, NLP, personalization engines) that can create human-like, compassionate interactions at scale.

You will work closely with data pipelines, model fine-tuning, and integration with product features to push the boundaries of applied AI.

We are looking for a hardcore coder (Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, NLP/LLMs, GenAI frameworks) who is passionate about AI/ML research and shipping real-world products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate from a premium institute or with equivalent demonstrable expertise
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques
  • Excellent programming skills in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
  • Familiarity with NLP and LLMs
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
