Job Description\

As a founding AI engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company. You will work alongside the founder to architect, prototype, and build AI-driven systems that push the boundaries of applied AI.

  • Architect and prototype AI-driven systems using LLMs, NLP, and personalization engines.
  • Push the boundaries of applied AI to create human-like, compassionate interactions at scale.
  • Work hands-on with data pipelines, model fine-tuning, and integration with product features.
  • Shape technical direction, tooling, and best practices from scratch.
  • Wear multiple hats: coder, researcher, architect, and problem-solver.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and NLP/LLMs.
  • Experience with GenAI frameworks.
  • A graduate degree from a premium institute or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • A passion for AI/ML research and shipping real-world products.
  • A purpose-driven mindset, with a desire to build things that truly matter.
