Campaign Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Campaign Manager to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive campaign strategies that drive results for Hack2skill initiatives.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaign objectives are met and executed efficiently. This includes creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns targeting tech and innovation audiences, leveraging digital, social media, email, and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies, incorporating market research and content creation to drive results for our initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaign objectives are met and executed efficiently.
  • Create and implement multi-channel campaigns targeting tech and innovation audiences, leveraging digital, social media, email, and offline platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns using analytics tools, providing data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Manage campaign calendars, execution plans, and facilitate effective team communication to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Track key metrics, generate performance reports, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and data privacy standards across all campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in campaign management, preferably in tech events or innovation-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, web analytics, and automation platforms.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical expertise to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative campaign concepts.
