Transformative Leadership Opportunity

The role of Delivery Management is to ensure seamless service delivery platforms for our external and internal customers, driving synergies across common topics in the Asia Pacific region for GBS. This entails creating efficiency and ensuring a high level of quality, innovation, and harmonization across all service deliveries.

In addition to these core responsibilities, complex initiatives and optimization projects are being driven by this role to drive excellence, scale solutions, streamline processes, and improve transparency both regionally and globally.

You'll make a difference by:

  • Executing the delivery management roadmap and ensuring efficient operations, including local footprint optimization, in line with the strategy.
  • Providing tools, methodology, and support to enable excellent service delivery across business lines in the location.
  • Creating synergies out of common topics relevant to all business lines to ensure the required level of quality, consistency, and harmonization and to create efficiency for the organization.
  • Driving operational excellence with a focus on Quality Management, external certifications, as well as on competency and knowledge management.
  • Securing ISO and other certification(s) by determining the right organizational model for quality management and by implementing mechanisms to address the most critical issues proactively throughout the entire organization.
  • Coordinating and directing all efforts of the organization related to Business Continuity Management and Risk Management.
  • The role is part of the global organization for quality and operational excellence to drive the implementation of lean delivery management framework and global standards; to leverage global platforms and tools, to share best practices, and drive continual improvement.
