Job Title: Delivery Head

Job Summary

As the Delivery Head at Awign, you will play a key role in leading our staffing division (Awign Expert) and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment services to our clients. Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop and implement delivery strategies that align with company goals and client expectations, forecasting recruitment needs based on client pipelines, and managing resources accordingly.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, delivery managers, and account managers, setting and reviewing KPIs for the team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and service reviews, conducting regular client meetings to review progress, address challenges, and identify future needs.
  • Delivery Operations: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding, establishing and maintaining efficient processes for candidate management, interview coordination, and feedback.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report delivery metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and retention rates, analyzing delivery data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Process Optimizations: Continuously improve recruitment processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance candidate quality, working with technology and operations teams to implement recruitment tools and automation solutions.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage budgets and P&L for the delivery team, optimizing resources to meet financial targets, collaborating with finance and sales to maximize profitability on each account.
