Production Manager

The role of a Production Manager is pivotal in delivering production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all production activities on the shop floor to ensure timely output, supervising job placement, material flow, and stage-wise movement during fabrication and assembly.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing layout plans for new lines/projects including fixtures, gauges, and equipment installations.

Maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), daily production reports, machine logs, and breakdown records are also essential duties of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar mounting structures and associated fabrication methods.

They must possess proficiency in managing production machinery, tooling, and quality control processes.

A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent is preferred, along with a minimum 5 years of experience in solar structure manufacturing or a related metal fabrication industry.

Working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and production planning tools is also required.

Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage shop floor teams and workflows are necessary for success in this position.
