Industrial Excellence Leader

Establish a culture of excellence within manufacturing operations, driving Industry 4.0 initiatives and optimizing processes for improved efficiency.

  • Develop diagnostic frameworks to identify areas for improvement, setting baseline KPIs and prioritizing value-enhancing initiatives.
  • Design and implement cost-saving programs focused on Lean/TPM, yield and scrap reduction, energy optimization, maintenance strategies, and network improvement.
  • Shape Industry 4.0 roadmaps incorporating MES/SCADA/historian, IoT/edge, digital twins, APS, and advanced quality analytics, executing pilots and scaling with measurable impact.
  • Build compelling business cases and benefit-tracking models, presenting to CXO/Board and driving change on the shop floor through client capability building.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners, ensuring attention to data security, safety considerations, and process improvements.
  • Coach and manage consulting teams, contributing to proposal development and thought leadership.
  • Essential skills include strong knowledge and experience in manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations, or technology domains.
