Job Title: IT Compliance Strategist

This role is responsible for leading the organization-wide compliance program, ensuring IT activities, processes, and procedures meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. They will be able to develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the development and implementation of an organization-wide compliance program.
  2. Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and standards for IT activities and processes.
  3. Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  4. Providing guidance and support to process owners and stakeholders on compliance matters.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
