Job Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This key position oversees the development, administration, and enhancement of business intelligence applications, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and usability of critical data.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data visualization tools, dashboards, and reports to support strategic objectives. Your expertise will focus on leveraging Azure frameworks, Power BI, and Tableau to deliver actionable insights and drive business outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and IT, to gather requirements, develop data solutions, and translate business needs into effective analytics projects. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in identifying process improvements, implementing data governance initiatives, and ensuring adherence to data management standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain complex data models, workflows, and reporting standards.
    • Leverage data visualization tools to create interactive dashboards and reports.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business analytics initiatives with strategic goals and operational needs.
    • Supervise and coordinate with outsourced Business Intelligence Analysts to ensure timely delivery of analytics tasks and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  • Familiarity with Azure frameworks and cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
