About the Job
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to handle inbound voice calls and provide exceptional service to US-based clients. As a night shift customer service representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries effectively, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound voice calls and provide excellent customer service to US-based clients.
- Address customer queries effectively and ensure timely and accurate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of service delivery and adhere to client SLAs.
- Accurately record customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and share feedback.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to rotational schedules.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Education: Open to graduates from various disciplines (B.Com, B.A, BBA, BSc, B.Pharma). Note: Technical degrees such as BTech, MTech, MCA, BCA, MBA, and Hotel Management are not eligible.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service is a plus.
