Job Summary
:

We are seeking a courteous, solution-oriented, and dependable Customer Service Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, bookings, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-app support.
  • Assist customers in booking limousine services, modifying reservations, and providing detailed trip information.
  • Coordinate with dispatchers and chauffeurs to ensure timely pickups and accurate service execution.
  • Handle customer complaints empathetically, aiming for first-contact resolution and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in the system.
  • Stay updated with service offerings, pricing, routes, policies, and promotions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments while ensuring the client is updated.

Requirements
:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in luxury transport.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume interactions.
  • Professional demeanor with a calm, courteous, and solution-focused attitude.
  • Flexible to work on US-based shifts and sometimes rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as per operational needs.
