About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with senior management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful work environment.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration and experience designing and implementing relevant programs.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software for data management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
