Job Title: Account ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at DigiLantern. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  2. Market Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and client needs.
  3. Account Management: Ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects, reports, and requirements to clients, managing client satisfaction and expectations.
  4. Delivery Management: Manage the delivery of projects, ensuring timely submission, follow-up on closure, and tracking contract signing and agreement receipt.
  5. Reporting and Dashboard: Submit weekly reports and dashboards on overdue payments and collections.
  6. Sales and Business Development: Work alongside business leaders to close sales, building rapport with existing accounts, explaining product capabilities, and overcoming objections.
  7. Market Strategy: Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from contacts and leads.
  8. Point of Contact: Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  9. Internal Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the account management process.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for B Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
  2. Certifications: MBA or other management qualifications, with a preference for regular MBA.
  3. Experience: Proven work experience as an Account Manager, with at least 2+ years in the International or Domestic domain.
  4. Skills: In-depth knowledge of IT Services or SAAS Product Delivery Account Management, or Digital Marketing client management, with a thorough understanding of IT services like web development, mobile application development, digital marketing, etc.
