**Senior Team Lead - Controls Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Team Lead to lead our dynamic team of engineers in designing and implementing advanced control systems for large-scale Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) and Parcel Handling Solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and mentor a team of controls engineers, ensuring skill and competency development.
  • Manage team escalations, daily resource allocation, hiring, and subcontracting activities.
  • Identify training needs and implement structured training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a consultant.
  • Monitor project risks and opportunities, driving improvements across teams.
  • Ensure system performance validation through thorough FAT/SAT testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to department KPIs.
  • Provide technical oversight during commissioning and ensure smooth customer handovers.
