Job Title: Senior Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned QA professional to lead our quality assurance efforts for web domain projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications.
  • Manage the QA team, including mentoring, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee API and performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure the QA team's workload is managed effectively and issues are resolved promptly.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in software QA testing role.
  • Strong analytical and logical skills to evaluate new applications and strategize testing.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of Web applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool.
  • Good understanding of Web and Mobile based projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.

Technical skills:

Manual Testing, API Testing, Functional Testing, Web Testing, Mobile Testing, Comprehensive Testing Knowledge, Test Strategy and Planning, Automation Expertise, Web Technologies, API and Performance Testing, Database and Backend Testing, Version Control and CI / CD, Leadership and Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or computer science or a related field.
  • Certifications in software testing such as ISTQB or CMMI are preferred.
