Job Title: FP&A Leader

A senior finance professional is required to lead and support a team of analysts in delivering timely divisional analytics packs with actionable insights.

  • Drive the development of financial planning and analysis capabilities across multiple business divisions.
  • Collaborate with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
  • Own service delivery as per defined SLAs, driving exceptional results through effective stakeholder management.
  • Develop strategic plans for annual budgeting, forecasting, and close activities, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Oversee monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • CA qualification with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar), coupled with strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team environment, navigating complex financial systems and data visualization platforms.
