Job Title: Audit Manager

A senior professional is required to lead audits, ensuring high-quality results and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Audit Execution: Plan and execute audits from start to finish, including final reporting and management discussions.
  • Team Management: Lead multiple teams and staff members, overseeing their performance and development.
  • Compliance & Technical Accuracy: Ensure that audits adhere to relevant standards and regulations, such as Ind AS and IGAAP.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including tax, finance, and legal, to identify potential issues.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalations and communication.
  • Risk-Based Auditing: Apply risk assessment methodologies to prioritize audit efforts and focus on high-impact areas.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Possess in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including Companies Act and Income Tax Act.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of experience in statutory auditing.
  • Independent Operator: Proven ability to work independently, closing audits without supervision.
  • Team Leader: Experience managing multiple teams and staff members simultaneously.
  • Subject Matter Expert: In-depth knowledge of financial statements, accounting standards, and auditing procedures.
  • Strong Legal Acumen: Working knowledge of laws and regulations related to finance and taxation.
  • Deadline-Oriented: High accountability and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong articulation skills for client presentations and team guidance.
