Key Role Summary

Our organization seeks a highly skilled finance leader to drive strategic growth through deal pricing, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), variance analysis, and management reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, analytical expertise, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that enable informed decision-making and margin improvement across complex global deals.

Job Description
  • Lead deal pricing and commercial modeling initiatives to optimize revenue growth and profitability.
  • Partner with sales and business teams to design, review, and validate deal structures, ensuring competitiveness while protecting margins.
  • Conduct benchmarking and scenario modeling for strategic bids to inform pricing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business outcomes and drive process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in business finance, preferably in IT/ITeS or services industry.
  • Strong exposure to deal pricing, FP&A, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is an added advantage.
