About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Credit Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our credit analysis function, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of EMEA corporate clients and undertaking objective detailed due diligence of borrowers/industry.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fundamental corporate analysis gained in either a bank or their Global Capability Centre, asset manager, or rating agency environment. A strong motivation to move into a more transaction-driven environment is also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end annual renewal of limits and borrower ratings as per the bank's credit processes and procedures.
  • Performing forward-looking fundamental credit analysis on the borrowers, annual reviews, and limit renewals.
  • Supporting Relationship Managers/Senior Credit Analysts in the department on ad-hoc requests related to new transactions or other portfolio reviews.

Candidates should possess excellent analytical skills, with a good understanding of loan documentation and key credit protections. Familiarity with Bloomberg/CapIQ and similar systems is preferred.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience after Post Graduation (CA/CFA/MBA Finance or their equivalents).
  • A strong track record of credit analysis, preferably in an EMEA Large Corporates environment.
