Job Summary:

As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for carrying out due diligence on large corporate customers by analyzing cashflows and working capital.

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of credit proposals to evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers.
  • Review annual reports, borrower/promoter background, term sheets/sanction letters, and credit notes to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Interact with stakeholders to review customer feedback and internal rating assignments.
  • Prepare recommendation notes and proposals for top management to inform their decisions.
  • Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and adhere to Bank internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills to analyze complex financial data and credit models.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in credit evaluation in a Bank, preferably in a senior role.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out thorough credit assessments to ensure accurate risk evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to gather relevant information and feedback.
  • Implement effective credit processes and procedures to ensure compliance with Bank policies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and leadership experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
