  • Manage the account lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.">
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling hotel services and packages to existing clients.">
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.">
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.">
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.">
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and client needs within the luxury hotel sector.">
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the hotel and expand the client base.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.">
  • 4-10 years of experience in account management, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.">
  • Strong understanding of the Udaipur market and client preferences in the luxury hotel industry.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.">
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.">
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track account performance and client satisfaction.">
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.">
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.">
