Executive Sales Specialist for Talent Acquisition and Development

As a key member of our team at Talent Toppers, an executive search firm providing talent supply and talent management solutions to top-tier organizations, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies that focus on acquiring new clients. Your expertise in services sales, preferably in IT Staffing/Recruitment or IT Services Sales/SAAS Sales, will enable us to expand our reach in the market.

We are looking for a skilled Executive Sales Specialist who can take charge of client acquisition and lead generation through digital marketing channels and social networking platforms. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing sales processes from opportunity identification to closure, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow our business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using various channels, including emails and phone calls.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition/recruitment heads, HR heads, and other CXO-level professionals to establish strong professional networks.
- Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and develop insights to drive business growth.
- Manage the sales process from opportunity identification to closure, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
- Promote our brand and increase our digital presence through social media channels and content creation.
- At least 5 years of experience in services sales, preferably in IT Staffing/Recruitment or IT Services Sales/SAAS Sales.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition through digital marketing channels and social networking platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- MBA/Post Graduate degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
