Job Title: Mergers and Acquisitions Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Private Equity team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd.

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, promoting collaboration and connection among team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify key decision-makers, clients, or prospects risks needs and determine services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address client/prospect's issues and objectives.
  • Doing gap analysis of existing policies, suggesting better terms and negotiating the same with the markets.
  • Develops and maintains effective network within the business community and industry.
  • Liaison with overseas colleagues to ensure pre and post acquisition related due diligences and insurance program integration is achieved by the supporting teams.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in PE/Big 4/Financial advisory/Insurance or any other allied sectors.
  • Prior experience in a Business Development role preferably in the PE/transaction advisory industry.
  • Corporate Relationship Management/Business Solution Provider from a service background.
  • Proven leadership skill traits (elected leader in community, school & college).
  • Good networking skills and relationship management skills.
