Senior Digital Project Manager Job Overview

This senior digital project manager will oversee the coordination and operation of digital projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Key responsibilities include coordinating with developers and clients to manage email campaigns, performing quality assurance testing, and guiding clients on best practices for email marketing.

  • Coordinate development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Perform QA testing to ensure email content renders correctly and is error-free
  • Schedule emails and coordinate client approval
  • Guide clients on account protocols and clearly answer questions
  • Process and upload distribution lists
  • Pull metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and share with clients
  • Assist with additional email marketing projects as needed
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading cross-functional teams in the execution of digital projects
  • Collaborating with clients to define project scope and goals
  • Developing and implementing project plans to meet deadlines and deliverables
  • Maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment at an agency
  • Ability to work independently in a geographically distributed team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced English level
